Tire Group International Launches Team Member Ownership Plan

Tire Group International (TGI), a global Cosmo Tires distributor and manufacturer, announced a new Team Member Ownership Plan. Every team member now holds ownership in the company. The plan awards 10% of the company’s value to all team members, regardless of role or tenure.
