The 10 Coolest and Craziest Cars We Saw at SEMA 2025

The SEMA show floor is overwhelming, with thousands of cars packed into the Las Vegas Convention Center’s many halls and even more spilling out into the parking lot outside. Several OEMs showed up with modified versions of their current offerings—like the Toyota bZ Time Attack and the 1000-hp Infiniti QX80 R-Spec—while well-known customization shops show off their wild creations; check out the new Gymkhana racer from Hoonigan and the sinister Kingpin Mustang from Ringbrothers. Given the sheer number of high-dollar, mind-blowing builds at SEMA, the risk of becoming jaded is very real. But occasionally, a build cuts through the gloss and glitter and reminds us what car customization is really about. For SEMA 2025, that vehicle is the 1972 Chevrolet K5 Blazer, created by students from Western Iowa Tech Community College.
